Terms of service

- When ordering my services, the customer automatically agrees to the conditions below. Please read carefully, if you have any questions, ask them before purchasing.

What i dont do?

  • NSFW (ecchi is ok);

  • Heavy Gore;

  • Realism;

  • Mecha;

  • NFT.

PAYMENT

- The client can choose to pay 100% before the commission or split it into 50% before and after the sketch;

- Be patient during payment if another customer cames first;

- A fee will be charged if the client wants to change the commission after finished.

DEADLINES

- Each commission takes time to produce. After payment, it may take from 1 day to a month to be delivered, depending on the circumstances and the type of order placed.

PRODUCTION

  • The customer will be updated on the order process, being informed in stages: Sketch, Lineart and finalization;

  • Once completed, the customer can choose delivery via email to avoid the risk of losing image quality;

  • If the customer does not maintain contact for a long time, the commission will be withdrawn. (maximum 2 months)

CHANGES

  • major changes will only be accepted in the sketch.

  • After the draft, only revisions such as color adjustments or small details will be accepted.

  • Redesigning the project completely will cost 100% of the commission amount

REIMBURSEMENT

  • 100% refund will only be made if the commission has not yet started.

  • At the sketch stage, only 50% of the amount is refundable. (The client will keep the sketch)

  • Commissions that have passed the sketch stage are not refundable, the customer can just cancel and receive only the sketch.

AS A CUSTOMER

  • You can use the illustration for personal purposes;

  • References must come from the consumer;

  • Just post anywhere with credits;

  • do not remove my signature, only the size can be changed. ( If you need to take it out, you will have to pay a 30% fee);

  • My artwork is NOT authorized for use in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs and any forms of cryptocurrency.

COMMERCIAL USE

  • The art is considered for commercial use when the client uses it to promote themselves.

  • For commercial purposes, has a fee of 30% of the total commission amount. (Banners, YouTube, Sprites for games, Twich, anything with ads, covers for social media, etc).
